Please note that the Fairly New Thrift Shop is currently CLOSED and NOT receiving any donations at this time until further notice.
See our FaceBook page for specials, news and more…
Fairly New provides cost-conscious shoppers with a variety of quality goods that include new and gently used home goods; children’s, women’s, and men’s clothing; framed art including photography; books and toys. The stock often features an excellent selection of vintage items – linens, and records. Special and clearance sales are announced on our Facebook page.
The gently used goods are displayed in a boutique setting and are regularly refreshed and seasonally rearranged. It functions as a resource and support for both the Fair Street Church and the greater community. Fairly New welcomes fairly new donations for home and family (please see our “Support us” pages).
On Saturdays 10-2, visit the basement to shop for hardware, furniture, and household appliances.
The Fairly New Thrift Shop was organized for the purpose of Christian fellowship and charity. It is a place where FSC’s community goodwill and spirit combine offering good company in addition to its affordable quality goods.
Our customers say it all: “The clothing is clean and well organized. Housewares are placed around the home-like setting in a neat and attractive manner. The staff are helpful and kept the place open a bit past closing to accommodate me. I loved this place.”
Visiting (and shopping) at Fairly New is like going into a well-appointed home. I’ve never seen so much care taken with the stock. The graciousness of the staff makes you feel like you are visiting an old friend.
