Hi all, here we are at week 47! Day one is today, Friday, November 19.

This week we finish Paul’s letters to the churches and start 1 Timothy!
Hey reading community,

This week we will finish up Paul’s letters to church congregations and move on to those he sent to individual church leaders. We start this week with the book of Colossians. In his letter, Paul encourages the Christians living Colossus to see Jesus at the center of their reality and to not give in to pressures from the surrounding pagan religions.

Paul’s letter to the church at Colossus begins with a hymn, and that’s what this week’s blog post is all about. Joining us to explore Colossians 1:15-20 is guest writer Josh Hayes, editor for The Gospel Project and Ph.D. candidate at Western Seminary.
