Bible Project Reading: Week 44

Bible Project Reading: Week 44

Hi folks, here’s our reading plan for the upcoming week, with day one being today, Friday, October 29.

This week we finish 1 Corinthians!
Hey reading community,

1 Corinthians is a letter Paul wrote to the fledgling church he had planted in Corinth. He appeals to them to remember the Gospel’s central message of love. Love compelled Jesus to die on the cross for the sin and selfishness of humanity and is the core tenant of the Gospel.

The love he exhibited that fateful day is an example of self-giving love for all our relationships. This love should affect everything we do, including our sexual conduct, consumption, treatment of others, and behavior as part of the renewed family of God. Every part of our lives should be viewed through the new lens of the Gospel.
